POSITION SUMMARY:
- Front line with all golf services operations
- Pro shop merchandising, & retail sales
- Develop strong relationships with our members and public players
- Assist the Head Golf Professional in delivering a first-class golf experience for all tournaments and event guests
- Maintain excellent customer service on a daily basis and promote that service with all departments of the golf club
- Opening and closing of the golf shop and back shop
- Working with point of sale system, as well as other golf services software and completing daily financials
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong computer skills and strong communication skills
- Positive work ethic and attitude
- Can succeed in a team atmosphere and work independently
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Smart Serve Certified (by start date)
