With a completely renovated banquet facility, the Listowel Golf Club can accommodate groups of any size. We have AV on site to assist with your meetings or events.

Our head chef offers a large variety of options to suit all of your tastes and preferences. We can also accommodate dietary restrictions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many guests does the venue accommodate? Is all necessary seating provided? What about parking?
A: We can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit down dinner in our banquet room. We provide all the chairs, tables and table settings needed. We have enough parking for more than the room accommodates, and it is complimentary.

Q: Does the venue host more than one wedding on the same day?
A: No, your wedding would be our only focus.

Q: What will your access to the venue be on the day of your wedding, including set-up and cleanup time?
A: If the room is free the night prior, you can have access the day before. If it is booked, you can get in as early as you like the day of the wedding. We will do the set up of tables, chairs, table settings, and in some cases, the decorations. We will also do the clean up, and store your decorations for you.

Q: Does the venue provide an in-house coordinator?
A: Yes! J Our event coordinator will be with you every step of your planning process to answer any questions you may have as well will be at the venue the day of your wedding to assist with any last minute décor, guide you through the ceremony, and make sure your dinner runs on time!

Q: Does the venue have an in-house caterer / baker, and if so are you required to use their services?
A: We do have an in house caterer. We have a full time Head Chef Steve Robinson. You are allowed to bring in your own cake, however, the meal has to be catered through us.

Q: Is there a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get dressed? What about the groom and groomsmen?
A: We do have a room where the bride and bridesmaids can get ready. For the groom and his men, we have locker rooms

Q: Will you be able to host a rehearsal and / or rehearsal dinner there the night before your wedding?
A: Definitely! If the space is available we can do a dinner, and we can always do a rehearsal, no matter what the schedule.

Q: Are local permits required for lights and sound?
A: No local permits needed for lights and sound

Q: If it’s an outdoor venue, is there a back-up location in case of rain?
A: We do have a backup location for the ceremony if there is rain, we have a couple of ‘just in case’ options.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A: Fully Accessible!
