A New Clubhouse Purchased

To meet the needs of a growing club, an old Canadian National Railway section house was purchased and moved from the west side of tracks near the current Kin Station, to the area behind the first tee (now 3 Vintage).  This would later be known as the Junior Club House.

In the days of this early clubhouse, there used to be a bell mounted on top.  “It was one ring for Dr. Pratt, and two for Dr. Livingstone – or maybe it was the other way round, I’ve just forgotten” as recalled by long time member & board member Elwood Smith.
